We use all natural butter, sugar, semisweet chocolate, and hand chopped southern pecans to create our toffee. It is made the old-fashioned way, then the cooled toffee is broken by hand into irregular shapes. To preserve the freshness and flavor of your pecan toffee, lemon bars or pecan pie please store in the refrigerator or freezer. Toffee, Pecan Pie, and Pecan bars may be stored in a freezer for 2-3 months or refrigerated for up to 2 months. Lemon Squares are delicate and may be stored in the refrigerator or freezer for up to 2 weeks.

All perishable items are shipped via 2-day USPS. Shipments are only made within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Please call or email us for specific information on shipping, 843-452-0901, toffeeesmyth@gmail.com. Orders will be shipped 48 hours from purchase. All orders are made in Charleston, SC and can be picked up at our Downtown location or delivered locally for a small fee. Kindly be aware that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please call or email us to discuss a replacement or a refund. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect information given to ToffeeSmyth will not be refunded and will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

We require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice to make any changes to the order and give you a full refund. Please note that we cannot make any changes after the order has been arranged and shipped out for delivery.
